Scheme, 2003” as per Annexure ‘A’ to recruit Primary Assistant Teachers through Panchayati Raj Institutions with a view to achieve the goals as laid down in the National Policy on Education , 1986 and Himachal Pradesh Primary Education Act, 1997.
