ETTs HAVE NO JOBS IN HIMACHAL PRADESH
With regards, we want to appeal you to initiate the process of amendment in the recruitment and promotion laws made for elementary teachers. As Himachal Pradesh has implemented the system of Elementary Education, it should give opportunity to the ETTs to get job at elementary level in context of equivalent opportunity to JBTs in Himachal Pradesh. As most of the candidates have done ETT from J&K or Punjab, the course should be made recognized by the state government because they have done the course during the time when there was no ETT course available in the state level in HP and its need was just realized for implementation of the Elementary Education system. It was a great mistake in the implementation of the Elementary Education system that no ETT trained teachers were recruited in the system and no training was given to the existing JBTs/TGTs for its implementation.
