Sir, With regards, I want to request you to stop the process of converting JBT cadre from District to state in Himachal Pradesh. Please take the matter very seriously because it is against the geographical and lingual conditions of Himachal Pradesh. As you know, there are more than 170 local dialects in Himachal Pradesh. The local dialects of Himachal Pradesh are quite different in context of inter-district communication. As dialects of Lahaul- Spiti and Kinnaur are quite different to Hindi and are in close vocabulary with Tibbetan and Chinese languages. Any primary teacher from lower Himachal Pradesh cannot teach a child with this type of mothertongue.
