JBTs cannot accept state cadre in Himachal Pradesh

To Honble. Chief Minister, Govt. of H.P. , Shimla. Subject: Regarding implementation of state cadre for JBTs of Himachal Pradesh. Sir, With regards, I want to request you to stop the process of converting JBT cadre from District to state in Himachal Pradesh. Please take the matter very seriously because it is against the geographical and lingual conditions of Himachal Pradesh. As you know, there are more than 170 local dialects in Himachal Pradesh. The local dialects of Himachal Pradesh are quite different in context of inter-district communication. As dialects of Lahaul- Spiti and Kinnaur are quite different to Hindi and are in close vocabulary with Tibbetan and Chinese languages. Any primary teacher from lower Himachal Pradesh cannot teach a child with this type of mothertongue. It should be made available online as 60000 teachers need its knowledge and they can use it for the betterment of the Department. As Education Code is not available online , it is a huge problem for the elementary teachers of Himachal Pradesh because most of the Government Primary Schools have no copy of latest Education Code. It creates problem as the verbal information about rules of Dept. of Elementary Education may not be accurate. It is worthy to note that Elemenatry Eduaction system in Himachal Pradesh is quite new as it has restarted its working after 24 years as the separation of Primary and Middle Education System in Himachal Pradesh had occurred.
