Sir, With regards, I want to refer you that I have received more than 24 e –mails from various countries about winning online lotteries. Everyone claims that they have selected my e-mail as winner in the online lotteries competition but when I have not bought any ticket, nor played any such lottery or lotto online, how can I win such a big prize ? Recently, a man from Dharamshala(HP) had also got such mails. He submitted Rs. 22 lakh on the demand of lottery owners and got cheated. Then on FIR, a man belonging to Nigeria was caught. In Una (HP), a man has been cheated recently.
