I want to ask you the address of the persons who get the names entered in World Records. It is a record of lowest salary/wages/honorarium created by Himachal Pradesh (India). Mid Day Meal is a scheme launched all over India to serve the lunch to students in Government Elementary Schools from class 1st to 8th. As the decision has been given by Honble. Supreme Court , no state government has denied to implement it but it is a sad matter that Supreme Court has not fixed the cooking cost of the material/ingredients prepared under Mid Day Meal Scheme in India. So who can bell this cat? Here is the devil of Capitalism and Exploitation of poor. The new horizon and new style to grind the poor has started in India. Himachal Pradesh is also a victim of the same policy and poor have only tears in their eyes. I am not telling a joke. It is a bitter reality that poor persons employed in Mid Day Meal are getting a handsome salary of seven to nine dollars per month(Rupees 300-400 per month). I tell you another serious joke. This amount is little more or equivalent to the handicapped pension and old age pension in Himachal Pradesh which is given to the persons for doing no work. These pensions are given even the persons sit whole time at home and they are delivered at home.
THE MID ADY MEAL WORKERS ARE GETTING THEIR BLOOD SUCKED FOR THE WORK THEY ARE DOING.
Please know the reality that we have many labour laws and courts in India. But who can file a case against any government after getting the lowest possible honorarium in the world! The Mid Day Meal worker come at 9 o’clock and work till 3 PM. They get every material from shops to make the meals. They cook and serve it and then they clean the utensils too. Then they make the kitchen clean . It takes the time of at least 6 hours per day. In Himachal Pradesh, there are no part time jobs available on the behalf of Govt. Sector and 90% population lives in rural villages. So what they can do after 3 PM ? They get only a little time to manage their home and daily needs. But I tell you another horrible truth. In a meeting last two months ago, a top official of theElementary Education Department said in Punjab Keasri News Paper that the honorarium of Mid Day Meal Workers should be reduced and they are not employees of the govt. Now anither joke is here that the MDM Workers are working in Government Schools but they are not Govt. Employees. Ha Ha ha ha ha ha ah ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha …………………………………
WHEN THEY WORK, THEY ARE UNDER OUR DEPARTMENT AND WHEN THEY NEED SALARY, THEY ARE NOT KNOWN TO US
Another horrible joke is here. Some days ago, in many schools, Mid Day Meal was found full of frogs, snakes etc served to the children in north India. When the dispute came in media, everybody tried to defend itself by making press statement. These poor persons are getting such a huge salary that they tried to defend it and officers made it their mistake.
WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKE, THEY CAN BE PUNISHED BY THE AUTHORITIES WHO SAY THESE ARE NOT OUR EMPLOYEES.
MID DAY MEAL WORKERS IN HIMACHAL PRADESH HAS GOT NO TRAINING TO COOK THE FOOD AND THEIR HEALTH CHECK UP IS NOT DONE.IF THEY ARE SUFFERING FROM COMMUNICABLE DISEASE, IT WILL SPREAD TO ALL.

There are many other jokes. The rates fixed of the ingredients are almost half of the market price. So what can be done about the quality of the Mid Day Meal ?
OK. Now please register the world record of lowest wages in the name of Himachal Pradesh (India) . I appeal to International Labour Court to take this matter seriously.ILO should listen the cry of these poor people.
O GOD! COME ON EARTH AND MAKE A CALL ON THE CELL OF PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA TO DO SOMETHING BETTER FOR MID DAY MEAL WORKERS.IF HE CAN START REFORM, IT WILL REACH IN HIMACHAL PRADESH.
