ONLINE LOTTERIES ARE BIG FRAUD AS BRITISH NATIONAL LOTTERY, UK LOTTERY,YAHOO/MSN LOTTERY ETC.

Sub: Complaint of fraud e- mails about winning grand bumper prize in online Lotteries.
Sir,
With regards, I want to refer you that I have received more than 24 e –mails from various countries about winning online lotteries. Everyone claims that they have selected my e-mail as winner in the online lotteries competition but when I have not bought any ticket, nor played any such lottery or lotto online, how can I win such a big prize ? Recently, a man from Dharamshala(HP) had also got such mails. He submitted Rs. 22 lakh on the demand of lottery owners and got cheated. Then on FIR, a man belonging to Nigeria was caught. In Una (HP), a man has been cheated recently. The frauds on internet are increasing but one thein to be noticed is that most of these e-mails on my e –mail ID heervj@gmail.com and heervj@yahoo.com are from United Kingdom, Ireland, Thailand, Germany, United Nations and some Indian Companies. Now, they are providing the phone numbers as below for verification of winning the lotteries +447045763816,+447031962879,+447035958475, +447045722243,+66880183840,+447045763816,+23325419291136,+447010752209.+447024011977 .
I am attaching all the necessary documents with this application. Kindly refer this matter for CBI or Central Home Dept. Probe as HP Govt. cannot probe completely as this matter like previous case of online supply of call girls. I request high level probe in this matter as the senders are mostly foreigners. Some may be Indian Hackers or frauds. Please refer the matter to appropriate central investigation agency and also in the notice of ministry of External affair to refer the matter to ambassadors of these countries. Please reply to save public from fraud of lotteries.
