HIMACHAL SHIKSHAK KRANTI MANCH (Himachal Pradesh) India is a platform for educational reforms in elementary education,fighting for the rights of primary/elementary teachers in HP,India.Sh.Vijay Kumar Heer is its state president for last 2 years.He is also the state pesident of HP JBT Cell of Himachal Shikshak Mahasangh (HP) India working under All India Secondary Teachers Federation and Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriaya Shaikshik Mahasangh (India).The manch has done a lot of educational and social reforms under the leadership of Sh. Vijay Kumar Heer,who is a prominent educationist of Himachal Pradesh(India) having a record of reforming various textbooks of HP Board of School Education and HP University booklets.He has also made significant contribution in regularisation of Vidya Upasaks, Contract Primary Teachers etc.He is fighting for the rights of poor,Part time water carriers,Bal Sevikas Aanganwaree workers,Primary Assistant Teachers and Gramin Vidya Upasaks of Himachal Pradesh.He has got alot of success in trade union works on his own level.
